Sathi India is a Section-8 Microfinance Company registered under the Companies Act, 2013, licensed by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt. of India. Our mission is to provide microfinance services to underserved communities, promote women empowerment, and foster sustainable development.

2. Definitions

• "Company" refers to Sathi India Micro Services Foundation.
• "Services" refers to microfinance products, loans, training programs, and other services offered by the Company.
• "User" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using our services.
• "Client" refers to a user who has registered for or received our services.
• "Loan" refers to any financial product offered by the Company.
• "JLG" refers to Joint Liability Group, our primary lending model.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must meet the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be a resident of India.
• Have a valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, etc.).
• Meet the specific eligibility criteria for each loan product.
• Not be declared bankrupt or insolvent.
• Provide accurate and complete information during the application process.

4. Our Services

Sathi India offers a range of microfinance products and services designed to empower communities and promote financial inclusion:

4.1 Loan Terms

• Interest Rate: All loans carry an interest rate of 27% per annum (flat).
• Processing Fee: A processing fee of 1.50% + GST is applicable on the loan amount.
• Insurance: Insurance premium is charged at actual rates.
• Repayment: Repayment is made through weekly or fortnightly installments.
• Group Lending: All loans are provided under the Joint Liability Group (JLG) model.

5. Application Process

1. Application: Submit a completed loan application form with all required documents.
2. Verification: Our field officers will verify your identity, address, and income details.
3. Credit Assessment: We will assess your creditworthiness and repayment capacity.
4. Approval: If approved, you will receive a loan sanction letter.
5. Disbursement: Loan amount is disbursed to your bank account or as per agreement.
6. Repayment: Repayment starts as per the agreed schedule.

6. User Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
• Notify us immediately of any changes to your contact information.
• Use the loan amount only for the intended purpose.
• Make timely repayments as per the agreed schedule.
• Attend group meetings and training sessions as required.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Cooperate with our field officers during verification and monitoring visits.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Sathi India and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sathi India shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use our services.
• Any errors or omissions in our content.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
• Any other matter relating to our services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sathi India, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.

• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Any content you submit through our platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or illegal activities.
• Default on loan repayments.
• Providing false information.
• Any behavior that may harm our reputation or operations.
