Raju Nag

- Promoter & Managing Director

Mr. Nag has 09 years of experience in the financial sector. He is a Science Graduate(B.Sc) (pure) from Vidyasagar University, Completed 3 years Diploma in Computer SC & Technology from APC Roy Polytechnic, Jadavpur, Kolkata then completed MBA in Banking & Finance from Subharati University. He started his career with an IT company in 2008 and then in 2015 he joined Bandhan Bank Limited. In 2019 he moved into the microfinance sector and set up a trust Sathi Welfare Society with the encouragement of one Paresh Bera. He managed IT and the growth of the company for two years and then in 2021 they registered SATHIINDIA MICRO SERVICE FOUNDATION and presently going on.

Paresh Bera

- Mr. Bera has 10 years of experience in the financial sector. He is a Commerce Graduate from Calcutta University and completed MBA in Banking & Finance from Subharati University. He started his career in 2014 with finance industry. In 2019 he moved into the microfinance sector and set up a trust Sathi Welfare Society with the encouragement of one Raju Nag. He managed the accounts as well as operation of the company for two years and then in 2021 they registered SATHIINDIA MICRO SERVICE FOUNDATION and presently going on.

Sulata Roy

Accounts & Audit

Miss. Roy is an experienced MFI professional with 08 years of experience in microfinance field in various capacities and a Graduate in Commerce from Vidyasagar University. She has served in other Microfinance company like ' Bandhan financial services limited'. She has worked in Accounts and Audit Compliance, etc. She is with Sathi since 2022.
