Objectives

Aims and objectives of this organization include small financial services, education, health, to increase cohesion among the rural, semi-rural & urban people through training of JLG group members, ensuring income generation through alternative means other than traditional agriculture, helping people to live a clean and dignified life. Environment by providing safe drinking water and toilet facilities and solar system for stable electricity supply to individual households, providing adequate care to children of working parents by running crèches with all facilities, enhancing human security through livelihoods through capacity building in various work-oriented sectors like poultry. Agriculture, improved facilities for kitchen gardens, fisheries, animal husbandry, sewing and embroidery and disaster response to the priority list. To support the poor women of rural as well as urban segments with small financial services in Agriculture and MSME Trade and improving their capacities for sustainable development. To reduce poverty through economic activities with providing different types of skill, vocational & entrepreneurship Training to women, youth and other people from disadvantageous communities. To improve the health and educational status of the poor children, women and their community as whole through appropriate programme services. To empower the women and minorities for their economic development and restoring their fundamental rights. To protect environment and combat with deforestation through awareness program and plantation. To form and promote Self Help Groups for socio-economic development. To provide opportunity to the poor specially youth, women for their self-employment. To give importance in financial inclusion.

 

Goals

Through our multifaceted activities, it can be a role model for others on the path of development and nation building to create a just and equitable society at work by supporting and financing small entrepreneurs to start or strengthen their small-scale businesses, providing them with self-employment and creating employment opportunities for poverty alleviation. Providing technical and business management training and skills to entrepreneurs. Providing professional trade skills training in various professions such as computer operation, commercial typing, dress design, tailoring, embroidery, coir and leather product manufacturing etc.
