Mr. Nag has 09 years of experience in the financial sector. He is a Science Graduate(B.Sc) (pure) from Vidyasagar University, Completed 3

years Diploma in Computer SC & Technology from APC Roy Polytechnic, Jadavpur, Kolkata then completed MBA in Banking & Finance

from Subharati University. He started his career with an IT company in 2008 and then in 2015 he joined Bandhan Bank Limited. In 2019

he moved into the microfinance sector and set up a trust Sathi Welfare Society with the encouragement of one Paresh Bera. He managed


IT and the growth of the company for two years and then in 2021 they registered SATHIINDIA MICRO SERVICE FOUNDATION and

presently going on.

PARESH BERA

Promoter &  Managing Director


Mr. Bera has 10 years of experience in the financial sector. He is a Commerce Graduate from Calcutta University and completed MBA in

Banking & Finance from Subharati University. He started his career in 2014 with finance industry. In 2019 he moved into the

microfinance sector and set up a trust Sathi Welfare Society with the encouragement of one Raju Nag. He managed the accounts as well

as operation of the company for two years and then in 2021 they registered SATHIINDIA MICRO SERVICE FOUNDATION and presently

going on.

Key Functionary : Key Functionary of Executive Committee

GOVERNING BODY & KEY FUNCTIONARIES : The Managing Committee is entrusted with the responsibility of managing the day-to-day

operations of SATHIINDIA MICRO SERVICE FOUNDATION and has the authority to exercise any powers and functions of the Management

Committee to steer the organization in the right direction at all times.

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT: Human Resource Development focuses on and aligns with business requirements with an emphasis

on organizational performance, improvement and culture-building through a three-year rolling HRD roadmap. The key elements of the

roadmap are – recruitment, development resourcing, performance management, IT capabilities, virtual service delivery, people capacity

building, business continuity, operational planning etc. through continuous planning and organization. HR has played a critical role in

supporting business objectives during various transformations in the sector.
